Interesting bits of fine print

I saw an ad today for the Laguna summer sweepstakes, and thought I'd enter. So I looked at the fine print/sweepstakes rules and I saw a couple of interesting bits under the section "Claiming Prizes":

1. "Tennessee residents will not be required to sign Publicity Release as a condition of winning a prize."

2. "Residents of Canada, in order to win, must first correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question administered by mail or e-mail at Sponsor's sole discretion."

Interesting fine print indeed. Here's some more info on the Canadian rule:

Looks like if any of our forum giveaways are won by a Canadian, we'll need to ask them a math question. [Hint to all Canadian members: The answer will be 4.] :D

Not sure about the background behind the Tennessee law, other than the fact that they have it.

Lets face it Vaughn, would you want a TN hillbilly representing your company?:rofl::rofl::rofl:
