    Oneida Lake

    playing around a bit today with panoramic images This is the view of Oneida lake from a hill in the town of Manlius:

    clicking on this image gives you a 'full size' view

    fair warning, the full size image is about 18,000 pixels wide and 11.4Mb

    and for those less adventurous who would like to see more than that teensy little sliver...

    Hmm...I'm not seeing the full-sized version. Looks like a neat shot, but the 1019 x 112 px version in your post above is the biggest I've been able to find.

    What kind of camera are you using?
    I tried a pan last nite with my (hopefully now repaired) Olympus SP800UZ. On the camera screen it looks pretty good. My 'puter is still down so I can't process it.
    Pretty amazing what these tiny digi cams can do.

    You guys want me to post, I'm going to show you what I've been doing Jim... these days that's Photography... though I do have a couple of sawdust projects in the works, nothing ready for photos yet.
