had a little bit of time today, so i made up 2 of the 3 jigs i needed. the first is the blank cutting jig for sierra pens, i wanted to be more consistant in cutting blanks. the second is a jig for doing up celtic knots in sierra pens. after getting a couple done, i found that 30 degrees looked best. the jig is similar to the first one, but i measured how far down the blanks i wanted the knot to be, and glued a stop block there. the cut on the first jig is 90 degrees, and the second is at 30 degrees. now i can be more consistant in placement and width of the celtic knots.
