    Weekends Auction Haul

Ok made 3 auction in 2 days. Auction #1 was a bunch of junk and I have enough already. Auction #2 was little better. Got a Stanley cheap block plane in a $10 box of goodies. I wanted all the old screws and door knobs that was in the box. Later I sold $20 worth of stuff out of that box. One mans junk is another mans treasure.

Auction #3. Woodworking Auction. Lots of small Delta benchtop tools. Prices went out of site. 2/3's of the new price and no guarantee if it worked or not. The first thing they sold was the handplanes. OK I have bought enough that I am getting some pull at the auctions.

    Stanley #3

Broken #5, not sure if Stanley or not. Strange mark under cap. By strange I mean I have never seen it there.

The block planes and other stuff

Total for the planes was $25. I have 2 handsaws still in the truck.

Nice haul Steve. Now you can do what i was doing this past two weekends. Clean em up, fix em up and sharpen. And while you at it make some new knobs and totes.
    cheers

Strange thing is my monkey wrench collection grows everytime I buy up a plane or two. They lump all the old "junk" together.

I have never seen the SW logo on the back of the cap. Was this common at one time?

3 more auctions coming up this week. Done looked at the pictures online. More planes.
