Does anyone have experience with and upcut cut off saw? I heard they are more precise and have less vibration than say a regular overhead cut off saw.

I know whirlwind is one that comes to mind. I did also find a company that makes one that miters and straight cuts too.

I watched a whirlwind in action and made a couple of cuts. Designed to do one thing well and they do!

I imagine stiles would be happy to setup a demo and test drive.

Has anyone heard of Atech? They make a lot off up cut saws for the window makers. They also have an up cut cut off that does straight cuts and miters...it's a 17" blade.
