    Manitoba Maple

    AKA Box Elder dressed up in a Titanium Gold/Platinum Elegant Beauty.
    Sanded to 400 grit, applied 10 coats of Med CA Only, buffed with super fine steel wool and polished with Huts Ultra Gloss.

    les, have you got a way to keep the red in the wood and not have it go brown over time? if so i would like to here about it..

    I found that saturating the blank with Thin CA and finishing with Med CA rather than using MINWAX Polyurethane dose not allow the red coloring to change over time.
