Millers Falls hand tools

Now do I really look like I'd do that? MF #22. 2 Yankee's 1 North Brothers, 1 Miller Falls.

They're pretty good stuff, and the website's prices are about right, too.

BTW, for bench planes, MF's numbers are pretty much the length of the plane, so a 14 is comparable to a Stanley #5; a 22 is a Stanley #7, etc.
 
Like many brands, Millers Falls offered both true professional grade and DIY consumer grade tools. I've liked several of my older Bailey planes, but tend to actually prefer the better Millers Falls and Record planes...they're at least comparable. Plus the color scheme is cooler! :D They can also be better bargains because they're less popular than the Baileys.
