    Pendant Turning with the Richard Joiner Eccentric Backing Plate

    Thanks to Jonathan Shively, I recently had a chance to test drive the Richard Joyner Eccentric Backer Plate. It's a handy little lathe jig for turning pendants or other small flat round things. I put together a tutorial on using it to give folks an idea where to start. It had a boatload of photos, so I made it into a PDF file and put a copy of it here:
