maple with zebra final and base

Don't really no what there called, that's why i call them boxes.:dunno: Any way here's one more. It is made from a small crotch piece of Larrys maple and a piece of his zebrawood.:D It's 4 1/4x 6 3/4 just lacquar finish.

That is a great looking piece, I call them boxes also, but I may be wrong on that.

If it is hollowed out don't they call it a hollow form? I would call it pretty darn awesome. That is a beautiful piece.

I also never know whether to call them hollow forms with a finial or a box. I vote that we invent a new term: Bollow Hox :D
