well Jim :

there used to be a lot more , but I did a machine purge
this spring and a bunch of machines left .

I still have room (200 sq ft) to bring in a car and close the door
without having to move anything , this is only a one man shop.
so really it's in about 900 sq ft , cause of the old showroom too.

thanks for the comments

Wadda dissapointment. ;) I thought I would be seeing green Grizzly machines. :D
Actually, a very impressive shop. :thumb:
That electrical set-up on the wall is a stopper. Do you have a separate circuit switch for each machine?
I love that big ole Crescent band saw.

Great tour Wysong. It is great to see all those machines in use. Massive saw/shaper station setup, that would eat my whole general working area ;-) Thanks for showing it.

I run 3 different transformers for 3 phase , I don't have a
single phase lead into the shop.
the vo9ltages I use are
600/3, 460/3, 377/3, 240/3, 208/3 .
and from my 208/3 I grab my single phase 120/220

by code every machine must have a shut off within 6 ft (easy reach )
of the machine, then back to a fused disconnect after it feeds from the
spliter boxes , on that wall is some of the 3 phase fused disconnects,
there are about 5 other panels in here also .

does this answer your question.

Lots of "Hutch Green" in that shop. ;)

guess we've met over at OWWM then.

J, yep, answers it.
Me and elektriks. I get jumpy just looking at pictures of so much electrical equipment.
All my equipment has a shut-off within six feet also.
I call mine 'plugs'.
