    2010 state fair judging results

    picked up the table today, along with the ribbon, check ($4), and judging sheet. the table took 3rd place with a score of 93 out of a possible 100 points. here's how it broke down....

    design (beauty, suitability, color) - 18 out of 20

    workmanship - 17.5 out of 20

    originality - 14 out of 15

    difficulty of project - 14.5 out of 15

    usefulness - 10 out of 10

    value in point of interest 10 out of 10

    value of article in relation to - 9 out of 10
    work done & material used

    i try to enter something every year. since 2003 over all, and 2004 for woodworking. only year i didn't have anything was 2005, just after i got married.

    Love them all Dan...

    Can we come up with a way of dusting mission stuff? I'm thinking a hand drill with a small buffer on it and hooked up to a vacuum (y'all probably have such a tool but won't share with us women)

    I'd use a compressor, long hose and air nozzle...
