had the first sale from the web site on the 13th, but didn't know about it until the customer sent me an email asking about the status. it was one of my bottle stoppers in walnut. darned paypal didn't send me a notification email. oh well, i replied to the customer that i hadn't gotten an email from paypal, apologized profusely, and got the order out to the post office (priority mail). called paypal and they are looking into why i didn't get the email, and sent a second email to the customer, letting him know that the order is in the hands of the postal service, and once again, apologizing profusely (and sending a pen in walnut, same as the stopper, to build good will, first customer you know), and let them know that i'd spoken to paypal, and they were looking into the problem.
