    Thumbs up Apple Airport Extreme

My Linksys router went kaput this morning, and instead of ponying up for another lightweight low power wireless router, I decided to step up and get an Airport Extreme to hang off of the iMac. Wow, what a Major difference!

I was lucky if I got 54 Mps out of the old router. My work laptop (primary reason I need the router (other than the two other laptops that my boys have)) Just reported an unreal speed of 144 Mps. Holy smokes, that's WiFi, not just wireless.

The more I use modern Apple products, the more impressive they get. I haven't had a single problem with the iMac, and I'm certain I'll have the same luck with the Airport.

But don't the Airplanes taking off and landing get distracting?
