    For the lego lovers

I'm sure some of you have kids that have Lego's.

OF course when you start building a lego assembly line to build Lego cars,,well you I think you have way too much time on your hands. OF course building it was pure genius

My 10 year old Daughter got into Lego Robotics this past year. Her team cam in 2nd in the regionals and 5th in State. It was the first time a first year team scored that high in a State competition. Here is a web page I put up for the team.

    http://www.simoli.net/pages%20Lego/lego_robotics.htm

They are responsible for developing an idea and then putting together a research paper on the subject. The other half of the competition is to have the robot perform a set of tasks. It is amazing what these kids can do. As a kid I was just trying to get my plastic models built without destroying them.

Ah, the good old days. How many of my tank and airplane models met their death by way of gas! Now we would be considered environmental criminals, open gas flame, burning plastic.
