Amazin' Vaughn. But yech what a mess it must've been.

I really like how it looks with the lights out.

so how many rpm did you crank it up to? and was it 'wobbly' as all get out?

It really wasn't very messy. I kept the speed down around 300 - 350 rpm, so it didn't sling pumpkin curlies around the shop. A bit of plastic kept the wet stuff off the bed of the lathe, and the rest just fell at my feet.

It wasn't wobbly in the chuck, but it was a bit off-center most of the time. Pretty easy still to take light cuts.
