    Hello everyone

    Greetings fellow wood workers.

I am Adam Alloway I live in Rittman Ohio. I have been turning for about a year now.

I have a turncrafter 10" swing lathe. My first lathe was a 8" craftsman that my grandpa found for 21 bucks. I have turned many types of wood including American Chestnut.

Grew up with my grandfather making cabinets and furniture all my life. My friends had G.I Joe and I had a coping saw, hammer, and nails. I have saw dust in my blood.

I mostly make pens and bowls I have done some lidded boxes and even laced some pots. Have been working on green turning and off center turning.
