Rifle Cartridge Bullet Pen order.

Customer wanted 20 each of Brass Winchester 25-06, 30-06, .270, .280,
10 -.303 British and 10 - 7mm Remington Magnum's.
I used Deer, Elk, Moose and Acrylic Forest and Bush Camo for the caps with
variety of RT and FT Rifle and Deer Head Clips.

Brass Casings and Copper Bullets are polished and coated with 4 coats of Lacquer using the Dipping Method.
Antler and Acrylic is sanded to 400x, buffed with super fine steel wool and polished with Hut Ultra Gloss.

After turning and finishing all the antler I had on hand I ended up with 48 extra caps.

I would call that mass production but with high quality which unfortunately not always go together which is not the case here. :thumb:

Great job Les, was this customer a pen shop owner of any sort?

Wow Les that is very impressive

I have recently found a source spent cartridges and just the bullets.
Do you have a tutorial on making these :D

Cheers

Les, those types of orders I find rewarding. Not only can I enjoy some lathe time, I am making some money in the process. They look outstanding and right there on the mark of excellence as your quality control standards have always been. :thumb::thumb::thumb:
