Drew posted some Orca shots over in this thread, and the Ambassador expressed an interest, so I dug these up:
These are from this past August, when we went whale-watching off Brier Island, which is on the extreme West (and a bit north) end of Nova Scotia.
We got to spend about 20-30 minutes "visiting" with a trio of Humpbacks. Mom + Child, + Friend were hanging out in the Bay of Fundy.
Quite a fun time and very exhilarating to see these massive creatures floating past
