    Hi,

I hope you really enjoy it and get a lot of good healthy exercise.

Please do not run into any automobiles.

    Enjoy,

My knees hurt from carrying all that weight around and a genetic helping of arthritis. By keeping the gearing right it seems to really help my knees. Problem , have a lot more hills and snow home in Pa. than here in Fl.

Congrats on the new wheels, Gary. I pretty much had to retire my bike when I messed up my back. Can't risk taking a fall anymore.

Great, a new bike is very cool, I am thinking of a touring bike next year, time to buy a new one, the current ride is 22 years old
