The second one (903) is a pocket knife with a replaceable scalpel blade. Penthrane was an anesthetic inhalation agent that was withdrawn from the market. The knife was probably a salesman's give away. These days they have pens. I have a cool one with a laser pointer and a palm pilot stylus that says Suprane (Desflurane) on the side of it.

905 looks like something for cutting hose or maybe copper tubing.

903 looks like a pocket scalpel. And, in fact, could be a farmers castrating tool.

905 I think is an instrument of torture my wife has been dreaming of using on me.

At first I thought the same, it looks just like what dad used to castrate pigs...except for the name on the side.

Numchucks was a pretty good guess. But the pig castrator is in fact an emergency tracheotomy scalpel. "Don't leave home without it"

Cool stuff. With the exception of the pocket knife (obviously a promo giveaway), they all had me stumped.

I too thought a fighting tool of somesort, nunchaku or something, the wooden box, I got that one, my Grama had one just like it, but store bought, it had a striking area on one end.

    Cools stuff!
