    But if you don't want to mix your own, check with a stained glass shop or hobby store (Hobby Lobby?) as they carry pre-mixed patinas. Like this:

    We have used this in the past....works on Brass as well. Be VERY careful with the fumes.

    I just use household ammonia. Reasonably safe and really clears the sinuses.
