    Pen with no band

This is my first attempt at making a pen without a center band. I figured if I am leaving off the band I might as well leave off the clip, too!

Found out the hard way not to leave this one sitting on the desk...it just rolls right off!

The woods are mesquite and purpleheart, the finish is CA micro meshed to 12000 and polished.

    Thanks for looking!

    Interesting and well done.
The no clip feature would bother me. Roll off desk, fall out of pocket, etc.

Definitely the reason this pen did not make it near my "favorites" list. I probably need to make a matching holder to go with it if I ever want to sell it.

Thanks for all the nice comments.
