    MMMMMMMM Bread pudding

    LOML made bread pudding today...

    Jambala would be great but what I realy want is a an Ettuffee(sp) recipe.

    YUP wee sure do... they is used for bass bait but they also are good eats.

    Don, I haven't cooked crayfish in 20 years--none up here in Canada as far as I know.....but I'd recommend either of these......I don't really use a recipe but what I do is similar to these (and not hard).

    Emeril Lagasse's recipe

    and Paula Deen's recipe

    BTW, I've also eaten it served cold or lukewarm....like in a salad...
