Ive covered 90% of all the outdoor wood furniture I made over the past 4 winters.
My son took most of it, he has them under a backyard awning.
I chose not to cover them, figured we arent getting much snow.
Bad choice.
over against the far fence, there are 2 lounge chairs buried under the adirondack chair.

I feel sorry for my inherited redwood picnic table.

For the first 30 years of it's existence it lived in the screened in porch over at LOML's Grandma Ida's house. It ALWAYS had a felt backed plastic table cloth on it and probably never even got rained upon.

Grandma Ida sold her house and moved into an apartment and she gave us the picnic table. It's been out in the weather in our back yard for the last 15 years. I think I heard some grumbling from it those first couple of winters.

In the attached picture my son had taken the 12 inches of snow off the table tops as it was blocking the view out of the kitchen window.
