Beware the Vortex - File Handle

I extend a warning to my flatwork brethren; beware the Vortex. I was visiting mom and dad and unbeknownst to me . . . a lathe lurked in the gara, . . er, shop. When I least expected it . . . it reached out and grabbed me!

I had innocently hoped that dad might turn me a new file handle; he being already absorbed by the dark side of the force. He plied me with the cloak of offering fatherly wisdom. Then when I was distracted, he fed me to the lathe!!!

P.s. I should mention that the wood came from a pallet skid that LOML brought me from her work.
