I do worry about the security a little. We have renters insurance and I have pictures and documentation of everything down there. Whats cool about our renters insurance is that they don't give you the dollar amount of what it is worth. They give you the money to buy a new one just like it. Also, my apartment is right above the garage and I can hear it open and the one beside it. Everything is replaceable down there. If they come in the apartment they better come correct.
