    Birdhouses and Poetry

I've been making some goofy birdhouses on tall pedestals. Today I posted one on another forum and Vaughn McMillan wrote this poem that was perfect for it. So, here's the birdhouse.......

    And here's Vaughn's poetry.......

There was a crooked man and he walked a crooked mile,
He found a crooked birdhouse upon a crooked stile.
He bought a crooked bird, which caught a crooked worm.
And so the crooked man found more crooked things to turn.

    Fixed that for ya.

I really like these pedestal birdhouses, Curt. I don't think you've posted the pics of the other ones here. If you get a chance, you should.

Man alive i think you both get for that .

That is really worthy of a magazine publication. I dont think the poem on its own would be as powerful with out the picture and what it does for the picture is give it tremendous color.

    Excellent.

    Well done.
