I've been making some goofy birdhouses on tall pedestals. Today I posted one on another forum and Vaughn McMillan wrote this poem that was perfect for it. So, here's the birdhouse.......

And here's Vaughn's poetry.......

There was a crooked man and he walked a crooked mile,
He found a crooked birdhouse upon a crooked stile.
He bought a crooked bird, which caught a crooked worm.
And so the crooked man found more crooked things to turn.

I'm telling ya, the guy has more talent than you can shake a stick at!:thumb:

Man alive i think you both get :score::score: for that .

That is really worthy of a magazine publication. I dont think the poem on its own would be as powerful with out the picture and what it does for the picture is give it tremendous color.:thumb:

Excellent.

Um, I think the birdhouse is better!:rofl::rofl:

C'mon, Bill. Admit it. You're just jealous that I'm a better poemer than you. You may be published worldwide and all that, but at least my stuff rhymes. So there. I've got poemage in spades, buddy. In fact, I think I'll go do some poeming right now. :p

But if you add an " 's", so like "worm's and turn's"...does that work? So the Worm's yurns for a misses that turn's and when she's done...the work burns. Ehhh...nope:(
