    Valentines Gift

This is a small. I made it for a Valentine day gift about 4 years ago. I have a very nice chunk of Brazilian Rose wood with a light side and a dark side. So I cut a piece off and shaped it just so. My wife had it on this morning and the dark side was up and I had to ask why the dark side today. "Oh, I did not notice" and she flipped it. This one is special. I'm taking donations for a camera

I dream a lot. I do more painting when I'm not painting. It's in the subconscious.

Beautiful. All I got Lou Ann was a Ruger 22/45.

God and family, the rest is icing on the cake. I'm so far behind, I think I'm in first place!

I really like the movement it has, and just lovely contours.

Great work, Dave. Like Ken said, the shape has a lot of movement to it. Very cool.

Thanks. I enjoyed making this. I really like making one of a kind things. It keeps my juices flowing to make something else.
