So I met with the doc who will do my surgery yesterday. She says "how do you feel?" I said fine. Then she says, "we'll cut that cancer right out" and I said "huh?" Finally someone says it. So the deal is that it is a non spreadable carciniod(?) as when she slices and dices me on the 15th...thats it. It's gone and done. Maybe some shop time a month post op. So now...assuming it works out that way, I can introduce myself as a cancer survivor

Jim, have said a prayer and will keep you in my prayers. Good luck. Sounds like you have a doctor with the right attitude. Keep a positive outlook and will keep an eye out for your post after surgery. Go get 'em!!!
