    Local woodworker in the news.....

A couple of weeks ago I wrote a thread in the shop tours forum about a visit Larry Merlau, my brother, my son, and I made to a friend named Joe Mesh's shop (Papa Bears woodworks)

    http://familywoodworking.org/forums/...ead.php?t=1971

in that thread was pictures of his old tools, etc.....there was also a picture of a table he is currently working on.

Well, he made it into the news with that table. Thought it might be an interesting read for some of you.

Karl, I'm thinking when you come over for the wood expo in September.....we're gonna have to arrange a visit for you.

    an Update

Larry and I had a chance yesterday to go and view the table at PapaBears. They are doing some last minute touchups and shipping it out on Monday.

The second picture is Joe Mesh (PapaBear)

Just a note, the circles in the pics are from my camera and not actually spots on the table.
