    Building project of sorts

    I recently got a desire to build a telescope. I have been interested in astronomy from childhood as most of us are, so I decided to build my first reflector telescope, or Newtonian.

    I bought all the stuff from ebay and proceeded to build me self a telescope.

    Below is a picture of the final product and here is a link to my blog where I have the whole build cataloged and a couple of videos of the moon.

    That must have been a very satisfying build!

    I need to dig my old dobsonian out of the garage, er, shop and fire it up one of these days...

    How do you like it?

    How did you connect the webcam up to it?

    you need to limit yourself to 328 hobbys so you dont accumulate too much stuff.

    That's the truth. I really need to count them up some day and see how many I have...
