I was called last week to make some frames to hold pictures of our Parish Counsel members. They wanted them to be easley put in and out so when members change they could replace the pictures. Also with name plates. I drew up a design and showed them and they gave me the go ahead. I made them from Red Oak and Birch ply wood. Mitered the corners and used some Oak to binde the edges so plywood edges would not be seen. A rabet in the edges to recieve the 1/8th " plexiglass. small turns made from plexy with brass screws to hold it in place. A couple of 3/8" x 3/4" stock with a rabet in them to hold the pictures. some name plates from Rockler took care of the ID of who is in the picture. A hole at each end of each frame to screw it to the block wall and a oak button to hide the screws. All I could make on this job was cost of material, the rest was free. Thats what happens when your friends with the Priest.:D:thumb::rofl:

Was happy to see no scratches on the plexiglass when I remove the film.;)
