Could you possibly be using the standard size one with a thin kerf blade?...just tossing out a thought.

I spent some intimate time today with my Grr-ripper. :rofl:

I studied the riving knife on the machine, and it looks like there are several way to mount it. I guess I had it mounted too high before so it was like a killer whaler jumping over the blade. I took it off and mounted it much lower so it's now the same height as the blade, and I used it with the Grr-ripper with no problem. :thumb:

I was wondering the same thing. I've never had mine come out in the 4 or 5 years I've been using it.
