    Searching forums/posts

Can someone explain to me how to do this? Whether I use "search" or "advanced search" it never pulls up what I ask for. I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

So, for example, if I want to search for "beginner table saw" in the subject lines only, what do I have to do for the search engine to bring up *only* threads with those 3 words in the title?

The built-in vBulletin search function leaves a WHOLE lot to be desired. It's not quite worthless, but very close to it. The Google search option (in the same drop-down menu) is better at finding things, although it doesn't allow you to just search thread titles, as far as I know.

By the way, Google found no threads with "beginner table saw" in the title or any posts.
