Frank, yes the DVR swivels, but this bowl worked just fine straight ahead!
David, the Red Keyaki I get so much of is an Elm, Japanese, or Chinese Elm it is usually called, I hear it is very close to Red Elm that you guys get in the US, which is also called "Slippery Elm".
