Book Recommendation

I bought this book used from Amazon. There is a newer version available (and more expensive).

It's a terrific book for anyone interested in the history of furniture design. It not only takes you through the ages with lots of pictures of furniture (and woodworking) from that period, but there are also lots of exploded drawings so you can see how the pieces were put together. It gives you insight into designs from the 20th century and how they evolved. :thumb: :thumb: For example, in 1350 in Europe there were big bench/chairs with frame and panel backs....
