I am looking at a 1975 rockwell 33-267 radial arm saw on CL. I havent seen any pics of it. The guys about 80 minutes away, is this a good saw and whats a good price?
I wouldn't pay more than $150 for it. There are a lot of RAS's out there for sale. I don't think you will run into too many issues if it is all there and in reasonable shape. Parts should be easy to come by. I think once tuned up you could use it as a compound sliding miter saw, but i have a compound miter saw. I use the RAS for crosscutting, dadoes and lap joints.
Don't make any decisions until you see and hear it run.
Good luck.
Looks like you can download a manual for it here.
How about this one, then? ...or this one?
I acquired one of these recently that had the manual. Thought I would put it here for future searches.

That's photos of every page.
Thanks, Antonio. And welcome to the forum!
