    wanted: plans for plant starter

My wife would like a seed/plant starting stand. They sell in catalogs for way too much. Anybody have plans or experience making one?

I'm looking for 3-4 tiers, about 4 feet long, with fluorescent grow lights.

    Here's one...

You can hang a light, and put base heaters for each rack (3).
