    useful tips and tutorials

    I found this site today and it is quite detailed. What first caught my eye was how to make cauls. He has also posted several other informative tutrorials as well.
    Thought I would pass it along. He has some great projects as well

    Mike is a member here and I have had the pleasue of meeting him. A very talented guy who willingly shares his experience and knowledge. A great benefit to our forum. I really enjoy his carved details on flatwork.

    Hah! I didn't realize that.

    Great site Mike! I really enjoyed reading your tutorials! The cauls especially, I could never get the radius just right and they would be extremely helpful when gluing face frames to cabinet boxes in places where I can't use a fastener.

    Mike sure is a very skilled woodworker and a great guy. I have learned a lot from him while I was taking classes at Cerritos college.

    He is skilled in the kitchen too. Check out his recipes.
