just a little busy today. made 8 yoke type wine bottle holders. remembered to bring the camera this time. these are made with leftover walnut, hickory, and red birch. in the first pic, i've laid out the positions for the holes for the bottle neck, and glass stems, and taken the liberty of drilling them. in the second pic, i have cut the channels for the glass stems. i did this while i had a straight edge to use. in the third pic, i have cut the curved sides on the band saw. in the last pic, i have sanded the curved sides to the lines, and the top and bottom to 220. now all that's left is to finish them tomorrow.

finished these off today too. just needed to sand the curved edges a little, and we were good to go. should be ready for good pics in a couple of days.
