    Yeah, I thought everybody knew that lime Jello is a better choice with corned beef. I save the lemon Jello for the lutefisk loaf, myself.

    Didn't they used to do a lot of 'meat parts' in gelatin? Not sure I'd be wild about the lemon jello, but the process of making corned beef cold cuts sounds interesting....
