We have secret passages and smugglers tunnels hahahaha.
Actually most of us just avoid travel all together and only venture out at certain times or when absolutely necessary :D
It's funny though the day after labor day 28 is almost empty

This is off the back of the cornmeal bag.
Indian Head brand
1 cup yellow corn meal
1 cup sifted flour
1/2 cup sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup oil
2/3 cup milk
2 eggs

combine dry ingredients in one bowl mix milk oil and eggs in another
mix together and bake at 400 for 20 to 25 minutes.

My variation was to follow the above with these changes.
I used a traditional cast iron frying pan that I melted a quarter stick of unsalted butter in and covered the bottom and sides with it. Folded in about 2/3 pint of blueberries then when it was just starting to brown on the top I spread melted butter over it and let it bake for another five minutes. Take it out when not quite done as it will continue to cook.
MMMMMMmmmmm!
