    Got to brag a little

My son Seth won the state championship for bicycle road racing in the 16 year old class today. He was racing solo and beat out several team racers. He nearly beat the 18 year old class also, finishing 5 seconds behind the winner of that class. I used to ride a lot and race but never came close to anything like that. Looks like he will be getting recruited to race by several teams. When the kids were younger I used to wish they would grow up so I could ride with them. I haven't rode a bike for 3-4 years now. I am certain that I would not be able to hang with him on the road unless I flattened his tires.
I'm a certifiable tree hugger. (it's a poor mans way of determining DBH before cutting the tree down)

    Congrats on the accomplishment.
If you don't take pride in your work, life get's pretty boring.

Wow Congratulations Seth. Paul, put an engine on that bike of yours and you'll be able to keep up!

God and family, the rest is icing on the cake. I'm so far behind, I think I'm in first place!
