    Rust preventative, Desiccant rejunivation

    Hi,

Somewhere, a few years ago, probably in SMC or FWW, I saw a few lines that told how to rejuvenate the little packets of air dryer (desiccant) that come with many products (tools, electronics, etc.).

Basically it said to put the packets into the microwave oven and run for X seconds. I cannot remember the "cooking" time nor if something else had to be put in the microwave to protect the microwave.

If anyone has that information I would sure like to have it.

    Thanks in advance and Enjoy,

    Jim

Just put them in the regular oven at about 225 for an hour. They'll be good as new.
