screw door hinges?

Anyone know of a decent cabinet door hinge that uses only screws? I really don't want to invest in 35/38mm face frame hinge tools. Building a simple vanity and only need a couple of doors.

take a look at woodworker's hardware or lee valley for some choices// they make a non mortising type hinge that works well and eliminates the chisel work.

Thanks Larry. Pretty new to doing doors and such. I decided on some "overlay hinges". They seem pretty easy to work with. Going to try the 1/2" overlay and see what happens.
