    A KEY JIG

This is maybe not new to some but hopefully help some one. For the last box I made I needed to space out the keys in the corner of the box. This one makes it easy and does not destroy the jig in the process. It is very simple and re-usable. Just use a stop block fastend with a C clamp to ajust your spacing as it cuts in the same place and the jig is good for many cuts.

If you make a mistake it was part of the original plan!

Good idea, Ron. I'll be making one like that.

Excellent design. I made one that was too unstable, and the key slots were inaccurate, this is much improved. Thanks for posting.
