That is a really cool idea. It looks like a heck of a lot of work. If I had the skill I would like to do that. Maybe next year I will have the skill.
I can just see those as the only ornaments on a small cabinet top Christmas tree. Maybe a few strings or threads added---Sort of a miniature of threading ribbon on a full size tree.

Jim it was a bit of work, but the benchtop drill press helps a lot, as does stack cutting. I simply tape three blanks together with masking tape, use craft spray glue to stick the patterns on, and get a set of ornaments in basically one day (I cut three of them last week, the rest today)

I scroll for the fun of it, those are going on our tree this year, and I made 2 extra sets for my parents & aunt & uncle. Mass production would take some of the fun out of it. Thanks though!
