For those that sell cutting boards, do you include a a list of do's and don't's for the care and feeding of wooden cutting boards? If so what do you recommend?

I have a "Care and Feeding" brochure that I used to print and include with every cutting board I sold. It talked a bit about the process of making and finishing the board, but the "care and feeding" part consisted of recommending washing in warm soapy water and drying immediately, with an occasional wipe-down of mineral oil to keep the wood from drying out.

Ditto on Vaughn's comment. I made a cutting board for our kitchen 10 years ago, soaked the daylights out of it with mineral oil before using it, then wiped it down real good. The only thing I've done since is wash after use, then re-apply mineral oil occasionally.
