here`s how i approach the task, down-n-dirty mdf throwaway jigs `cause the likelyhood of having to cut the same parts in the same fashion is next to nill and scrap is plentyfull.....
ready for runnin` the "guard" is a holddown too, that`s why the screws are loose.
guard removed, notice the copious amount of "woodlube"....(wax)
